It appears that the decade-long wait is finally nearing its conclusion.
Cloud Imperium Games head Chris Roberts recently shared an update regarding the Squadron 42 project. According to the CEO, both the beta phase and the full launch of Star Citizen’s highly anticipated single-player campaign are currently slated for 2026.
In a recent year-end address, the Star Citizen creator reflected on the project’s milestones, highlighting record-breaking performance metrics while expressing gratitude to both the development team and the community for their unwavering support.
