Responding to community feedback, the developers have implemented several highly anticipated quality-of-life improvements.
In December, the team behind the tactical strategy game Sparta 2035 rolled out Update 1.3.0. This patch introduces a suite of much-needed features alongside significant gameplay refinements and performance optimizations.
Key adjustments and improvements include:
- Partial rebalancing of pirate units within the “Sea of Pirates” expansion;
- Revised reinforcement mechanics for “Sabotage,” “Rescue,” and “Escort” mission types;
- Polished combat balance throughout the final chapters of the main campaign;
- Removed the charge limit for Sparta drone tasers;
- Resolved known stability issues, specifically addressing crashes and save/load errors;
- Fixed a bug that caused allied units to take infinite turns;
- Corrected an exploit involving unlimited shock grenades for the “Debut” unit;
New Additions:
- Integrated the ability to modify difficulty settings mid-game;
- Added a toggle to disable mission timers within the difficulty menu;
- Introduced an animation speed-up option to accelerate combat pacing.
