Prepare for a Nightmare: All New Hexi Update Bosses Revealed in Where Winds Meet Trailer
The free-to-play open-world RPG Where Winds Meet is set to become even more treacherous with the upcoming Hexi expansion, launching March 5, which introduces a formidable new roster of bosses.
Unveiled in a fresh trailer during IGN Fan Fest, these adversaries include the Lunar Maiden, a lightning-wielding lamia; Guo Xin, an elder who commands fire and carries a battle flag; the grotesque giant Wukan; and Guardian Houlian, a colossal lion-like sentinel.
One of the most captivating additions is the “Snow Plum Requiem” duo. These blindfolded combatants fight in tandem—one playing the stringed guzheng and the other a flute—creating a deadly harmony that will require players to demonstrate peak combat mastery to overcome.
The Hexi expansion will unfold across three chapters, starting with “Jade Pass,” which opens up a vast, sun-scorched desert. To delve deeper into the new activities and mechanics, Everstone Studio will host a dedicated livestream on February 26.
