Palworld Receives Major Update with Ultrakill Crossover and Base Rework

Palworld has launched its major 0.7 “Home Sweet Home” update, delivering a comprehensive overhaul of the base-building mechanics alongside a high-octane crossover with the shooter Ultrakill.

This update breathes new life into Palworld’s construction system, a core pillar of the experience. Players can now utilize 48 additional building components and a new recoloring feature, providing unprecedented creative freedom for personalizing their home bases.

The construction interface has been completely redesigned to improve the user experience; the previous cluttered layout has been replaced by a streamlined list that makes finding and placing elements much more intuitive.

The collaboration with Ultrakill introduces robotic gear inspired by V1 and V2, along with themed weaponry and the signature “Coin Toss” ability. Furthermore, the Steam version now features official Workshop integration, though mod accessibility may vary depending on server-side restrictions.

For competitive enthusiasts, the update adds the ability to create custom PvP rulesets. The patch also addresses various technical issues through a series of bug fixes and general performance optimizations.
