A questionable iOS release, Silent Fear: Last Stop, has appeared — it uses screenshots taken directly from Silent Hill f to promote itself.
Silent Fear is the work of a solo developer, Hail Al Yamama, and reads like an unabashed clone. The App Store listing repurposes screenshots from the original game, while the logo and one so‑called “in‑game” shot appear to have been generated by AI.
The Silent Fear logo draws clearly from the cover art of Silent Hill f.
Two of the “gameplay” images were lifted from the MKIceAndFire YouTube channel (you can see the watermark in the lower right) and were further edited with mobile‑game icons to give the impression of an iOS interface. The only genuinely new image is AI artwork showing the protagonist behind a shop counter.
Players assume the role of a night cashier in an almost empty roadside store, handling routine tasks at first before encountering paranormal occurrences. From the description, the gameplay seems inspired by the indie title The Convenience Store by Chilla’s Art.
The game is priced at $4.99. Silent Fear launched on October 2 — just one week after Silent Hill f’s release. Whether Konami is aware of the clone remains unclear, but its days are likely numbered.
