Cult Classic “I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream” Gets ‘Modern’ Features Update After 29 Years
Players now have a reason to revisit the classic.
Nightdive Studios recently returned to the adventure I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream, releasing an update that brings new features and more.
The menu now includes modern options to personalize the experience: screen size adjustments, background image selection, visual filters, and aim sensitivity settings.
Other additions:
- Bonus in-game content has been added, including a fully localized manual and a jukebox containing the full soundtrack.
- Controller support has been improved, and preset key bindings have been introduced.
- An achievements system has been introduced to encourage exploration and enhance replay value.
- Cloud saves are now available — progress is stored and linked to the player’s account.
