The newest trailer for Horizon: Zero Dawn is all about “creating a new world.”

Art director Jan-Bart van Beek describes the video games’ “eco-topes” that every have their very own number of machines and environments. As nicely because the forest space we’ve already seen, we get a glimpse of the harsher deserts, snowy mountain peaks, jungles, and historical ruins.

In addition to the day and evening cycle, Horizon: Zero Dawn has a dynamic climate system inside these eco-topes and all of those components work collectively to have an effect on the gameplay.
