This custom-built Star Wars PS4 controller took 70 hours to make, and sure, that’s Luke Skywalker’s head protruding of it

“Hyper Build #2” is the second collaboration between XQ Gaming and artist Enrico “Berta” Bertagnoli, and options custom lighting and sound results.

The controller “took around 70+ hours worth of detailed precision handwork”, and is totally hand-painted.

The in-depth making-of video exhibits the controller in varied levels of improvement, together with a few hilarious prototypes.

Our favorite is the one with Rey and Kylo Ren’s heads as analogue sticks.

“This controller is not particularly made for any customer,” they mentioned within the description for the video.

“We made it because we wanted to see if we can do it, I think it turned out pretty cool.”

This isn’t the primary custom controller Berta’s constructed. He also made one with a massive Xenomorph head, inspired by Alien Covenant.
