According to Rockstar, the Mission Creator lets players design and publish original missions inside the game world — defining objectives, characters, and mechanics. GTA Online’s community resources have been updated to reflect these player-made tools, so it’s worth reviewing them before you jump in.
This content arrives on December 10, just ahead of the holiday season. Call it an early present — although I doubt Saint Nick would pick GTA Online as his go-to gift.
