Wada declined to give a release window but reiterated the team’s commitment to delivering a game that meets fans’ expectations.
Wada’s reference to Persona 4 Golden raises the question of which base the remake will follow: the expanded Golden edition or the original release like Persona 3 Reload did. There are promising hints for Golden supporters — the teaser uses the track “Time to Make History,” a battle theme unique to the expanded edition — and one trailer shot appears to show a covered scooter parked near the Dojima residence, an element absent from the original.
