In a recent PlayStation blog post written in Spanish, the game is referred to as “Marvel: Lobezno” (which corresponds to “Marvel’s Wolverine” in English — the familiar title used elsewhere).
In Spanish-speaking markets the X‑Men character Wolverine is called “Lobezno”, and Insomniac Games/Sony have chosen to use that local name.
A user known as Javier previously explained: “The Spanish common name for the animal wolverine is ‘glotón’, but since that would sound odd as a character name it was changed. In Latin America Logan was called ‘Guepardo’, which is the Spanish term for a male cheetah and, in my view, suited the character fairly well. In Spain he was named ‘Lobezno’, which literally translates to ‘wolf cub’.”
