Trailer Released for Season 2 of The Dark Demon

New episodes will begin airing on October 2.

The creators of the anime Tougen Anki have released a new trailer and key visual for the second season, titled the Nikko Kegon Falls Arc. The opening theme for the continuation is “BACKLASH” by Hiromitsu Kitayama, and the ending credits will feature the song “Hand in Hand” by TRACK15.

According to the official synopsis, the students of Rasetsu Academy have grown significantly stronger after the battles in Kyoto and Nerima. However, Ikari Yaoroshi leaves the academy and joins the Oni Brigade, which plans to completely annihilate the Momotaro clan.

Upon learning that the organization is ready to attack civilians, Shiki sets out after his former comrade to bring him back. At the same time, the heroes discover a research facility in Nikko near Kegon Falls, where cruel experiments are being conducted on oni.

Studio HIBARI is once again handling the production for the second season. Ato Nonaka remains the director, Yukie Sugawara is writing the script, and Kota Yamamoto is composing the music. The second season of Tougen Anki will premiere on October 2, 2026.
