Tom Holland Becomes Highest-Grossing Actor in History With Over $15.5 Billion in Box Office
This summer alone, two films starring the actor grossed more than $4 billion in theaters.
Tom Holland has taken the top spot in worldwide box office earnings among actors for films in which he played lead or major ensemble roles. Movies featuring him have grossed more than $15.5 billion, allowing the actor to surpass Zoe Saldaña and Scarlett Johansson.
Holland achieved this record thanks to a highly successful summer season that featured the theatrical release of two blockbusters starring him: Spider-Man: Brand New Day and Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey, which grossed $2.45 billion and $1.68 billion, respectively.

Holland currently leads second-place Zoe Saldaña by approximately $30 million. Furthermore, the gap continues to grow as Spider-Man: Brand New Day and The Odyssey are still playing in theaters and adding to the total box office earnings of the actor’s films.
