Phantom Blade Zero Generates Estimated Hundreds of Millions Without an Xbox Release
Phantom Blade Zero has sold an estimated 4.3 million copies on PC and PS5, generating about $223 million in sales revenue, according to analytics firm Alinea Analytics.
The estimate places Phantom Blade Zero 10th among 2026 releases by revenue from paid game sales. The ranking covers Steam, Xbox, and PlayStation, though the game has not been released on Microsoft’s consoles.
China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong accounted for 55% of all copies sold. Their share was 56% on Steam and 50% on PlayStation.
Those markets accounted for a smaller share of total revenue, at 45%, because of regional price differences. They generated 40% of PlayStation revenue and 47% of Steam revenue.

The results point to strong interest in Phantom Blade Zero in Asian markets. The game’s success without an Xbox release also suggests commercial potential for paid single-player games.
