THQ Nordic Releases Demo of New SpongeBob Game — SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide Now Playable

Players have the opportunity to try Purple Lamp Studio’s new SpongeBob game before its official release. SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide is available as a demo on PC and consoles.

THQ Nordic recently confirmed that the next installment in the Nickelodeon franchise will launch on November 18, 2025. The game is scheduled for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2 — but you can try it now.

THQ Nordic has released a demo in which players, alongside SpongeBob and Patrick, can witness the opening scenes of chaos wrought by the Flying Dutchman and King Neptune. It’s a chance to judge the new entry’s style, humor and gameplay before the full release.
