The Red Cathedral Arrives on PC, Android and iOS on November 11
Devir has set November 11, 2026 as the release date for the digital version of The Red Cathedral. The strategy board game adaptation is coming to Steam, Android and iOS, with cross-platform play for one to four players.
The announced regular price is $9.99 or €9.99 on PC and $6.99 or €6.99 on mobile. A 20% discount is planned for the first two weeks.
Players compete to build and decorate sections of a cathedral. Claiming construction areas, collecting materials and managing the influence of guilds and clergy contribute to the prestige that determines the winner.
Solo and multiplayer options
The adaptation supports local and online multiplayer, matches with friends or other players, and three AI difficulty levels for solo play. A step-by-step tutorial explains the rules.
The digital game adapts the artwork and resource-management design of the physical board game by Shei and Isra. According to Devir, the tabletop edition has sold more than 100,000 copies.
The November announcement confirms the full-release date following the previously announced temporary Steam access period in August and September.
