Dragon Ball FighterZ is adding Super Saiyan 4 Goku — specifically the Dragon Ball Daima interpretation — as a new playable character, a reveal made during Evo France.
Although the SS4 form has appeared in FighterZ before (SS4 Gogeta from Dragon Ball GT was released as DLC), this marks the first time the franchise’s Goku himself will appear in SS4 within this game. The short teaser confirms a spring 2026 release window but offers no gameplay footage or further details at this time.
With SS4 Goku joining the roster, FighterZ will feature five distinct Goku variants: Goku (base), Goku (Super Saiyan), Goku (Super Saiyan Blue), Goku (Ultra Instinct), and Goku (Super Saiyan 4). (Goku Black is not included in that count.)
