Nearly half of Stellar Blade buyers chose PC, and the game generated $316 million, analyst says
Stellar Blade has sold 5.4 million copies on PS5 and PC, with nearly half of buyers choosing the Steam version.
According to estimates from Reese Elliott, an analyst at Alinea Analytics, total sales of Stellar Blade have reached 5.4 million copies. The game from Shift Up launched on PS5 on April 26, 2024, and came to PC on June 11, 2025. Sales were nearly evenly split between the two platforms: 50.4% of copies were sold on PS5 and 49.6% on Steam.
Revenue from sales reached $316.9 million. The game performed especially well in Asia, where users in China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong bought 41% of all copies.
Stellar Blade also launched on Nintendo Switch 2 this week, but sales for the new version are not yet included in the published figures. The game’s total sales could therefore climb even higher. Eve’s adventure is still unavailable on Xbox consoles.

Stellar Blade is a third-person action-adventure game set in a post-apocalyptic world overrun by mysterious creatures called Naytiba. Players control Eve, a warrior sent to Earth to save the remnants of humanity. Gameplay centers on fast-paced combat featuring combos, dodges, and parries, as well as exploring locations and fighting large bosses.
