Rick and Morty Creators Reveal Season 10 Release Window
The creators of Rick and Morty plan to maintain the release timeline established across the preceding two seasons.
Season 10 of the animated series appears set to premiere in May 2027. Showrunner Scott Marder stated that the show will return around the same time of year as prior runs, with new episodes continuing to release on their standard schedule.
“Yes, Season 10 will come out around the same time. It will air entirely on the usual schedule.”
Seasons 8 and 9 both premiered in May and concluded in July, and Season 10 is anticipated to follow the same pattern. Adult Swim has not yet announced a specific premiere date.

Production on upcoming episodes remains underway, with Rick and Morty already renewed through Season 12. If the annual release cadence holds, Seasons 11 and 12 could debut in 2028 and 2029.
Alongside the main series, Adult Swim is developing a second season of the spinoff President Curtis, an animated full-length feature film, and a separate live-action movie.
