Release Date Announced for Shooter Ferocious, Where Players Can Control Dinosaurs
The dinosaurs’ abilities will prove useful to the protagonist when tackling certain challenges.
The team at Ferocious has released a new trailer highlighting one of the game’s mechanics. This installment focuses on the device known as the “UKD”.
Players won’t just battle dinosaurs — they’ll be able to employ them to surmount obstacles and to launch attacks against enemies.
The UKD scans a creature’s brain and reproduces vocal signals — somewhat like the device shown in Jurassic Park III, except here it emits ultrasound that only reptiles can perceive. Commands vary by species; some dinosaurs are more compliant (or more intelligent) than others.
Ferocious has confirmed the game’s release date — it’s slated for December 4, 2025.
