Little Nightmares III arrived earlier this year courtesy of Supermassive Games, but the studio that created the original Little Nightmares — Tersier Studios — has been quietly building something new. Their upcoming cooperative horror title, Reanimal, is scheduled to launch on February 13, 2026. Watch the trailer from the Xbox Partner Preview embedded below.
Reanimal centers on a brother-and-sister duo who descend into a harrowing underworld to rescue missing friends. The demo footage shows them traversing dim sewers, claustrophobic alleys, and industrial ruins while mysterious, hostile creatures stalk their every step. Beyond the cooperative mechanics, the studio’s strongest asset appears to be its unsettling visual design and oppressive atmosphere — both of which are prominent in the new trailer.
If you want an early look, a playable demo is available now: grab it from the Xbox store or try the Steam demo.
