Quake: The Board Game Set to Launch Crowdfunding Campaign on Gamefound
Publisher Archon Studio has launched a Gamefound page for the cooperative tabletop title Quake: The Board Game, so fans of the Quake franchise and dungeon-crawlers might want to start putting some money aside for this upcoming project.
Back in 2024, Archon Studio announced Quake: The Board Game, which takes place within the well-known Quake universe—the series that has been delighting players with first-person shooters since 1996.
News about the project went quiet for a long time, but it was recently revealed that the game’s page is now live on the crowdfunding platform Gamefound, indicating the team is likely to launch a pre-order campaign soon.
Quake: The Board Game is a cooperative dungeon-crawler designed for 1–4 players aged 14 and up. Players will battle cybernetic invaders from the planet Stroggos and other terrifying creatures, with typical sessions lasting about 60 minutes.
An optional “Deathmatch” mode will also be available, allowing players to face off against one another. The exact campaign launch date, the game’s price, and when more detailed information will be revealed have not yet been disclosed.
