Publisher Paradox has announced the release date for the refreshed edition of Surviving Mars. The remaster, titled Surviving Mars: Relaunched, will launch on November 10, 2025 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
Paradox has set the U.S. price at $39.99. This edition bundles all previously released DLC.
Paradox also confirmed that two more expansions, developed specifically for this version, are planned for 2026.
However, there is a downside: the company will delist the original Surviving Mars and all its DLC from digital storefronts. Players who already own the game and its add-ons will retain access, but new buyers will no longer be able to purchase the older release.
This approach is becoming increasingly common: publishers remove originals to avoid competing with their own remasters.
