Nintendo fixes Bluetooth issues on the Switch 2
Update 21.0.1 is now available for both the original Nintendo Switch and the Nintendo Switch 2.
Nintendo has released firmware version 21.0.1 for the original Nintendo Switch and the Nintendo Switch 2. This release addresses problems users experienced during cross‑generation data transfers and with Bluetooth peripherals.
Nintendo Switch 2
- Fixed recurring errors with codes 2011-0301 and 2168-0002 that occurred during local data transfers from the original Switch.
- Resolved an issue where wireless controllers and Bluetooth audio devices failed to reconnect after the console woke from sleep or when Airplane Mode was disabled.
- General system stability and reliability improvements.
Nintendo Switch (first generation)
- Addressed the same 2011-0301 and 2168-0002 error codes encountered when transferring data to the Switch 2.
