Nikita Buyanov Reveals Upcoming Plans for Escape from Tarkov — Winter Content, Quests, and a Seasonal Character
The launch of EFT 1.0 was only the beginning; the developers will continue to roll out new content.
The Escape from Tarkov team is actively preparing for winter and plans to add a new season system to the game.
Battlestate Games’ head, Nikita Buyanov, recently outlined some of their plans:
[…] we plan to use these next few months to reprioritize and deliver additional fixes and improvements. Winter will come to Tarkov, bringing new story-driven quests and a special event. Later on, a seasonal character will be introduced along with an entirely new season system.
In December, the Escape from Tarkov team will host their traditional New Year TarkovTV — that’s when they’ll reveal further details.
