Netflix Reveals Cast for Koza, Pell, Chaka, and Toto in One Piece Season 3
Netflix announced four additional cast members for the third season of One Piece during One Piece Day ’26. Emilio Sakraya will portray Koza, Omid Abtahi will play Toto, Jamie Ward joins as Pell, and Nabil Khan has been cast as Chaka.
Sakraya is known for Rheingold and the series Those About to Die, Abtahi previously appeared in The Mandalorian and American Gods, and Ward was featured in The Gentlemen and His Dark Materials. Khan worked on the biographical drama Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom.




Season 3 adapts the “Battle for Alabasta.” The storyline follows Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates to Vivi’s homeland, where an insurrection is secretly fueled by Crocodile and the Baroque Works criminal organization. The crew steps in to help the princess defuse the uprising and save Alabasta. Joe Manganiello will star as Crocodile, while Charithra Chandran returns as Vivi.
Filming for the third season concluded in June 2026 in Cape Town. Netflix plans to release the new episodes in 2027, with a specific release date to be confirmed later.
