In an interview with TheGamer, Maggie Robertson, who portrayed Dimitrescu, said she would be open to reprising the role if Capcom extended the offer.
Do I want to return to her? Absolutely — my answer will always be “yes.” Do I have any insight into Capcom’s plans for her? Not at all. I’m just an actress; I’ll learn about that at the same time as everyone else.
Lady Dimitrescu made a partial reappearance in Resident Evil Requiem — Deluxe Edition owners can apply her likeness to the playable Grace Ashcroft. Capcom clearly recognizes the character’s popularity, so a future comeback remains a real possibility.
