He suggested that Naughty Dog’s new title might arrive next year. Other insiders responded to that claim:

I regret that his comments were misquoted. He was merely speculating about timing, while some people online treated it as an insider leak. In any event, people have since confirmed to me that the game will not release in 2026 and will not appear at The Game Awards.
Jason Schreier also weighed in: “I can assure you that Intergalactic will not release in 2026.”
Colin Moriarty later clarified that his remarks had been taken out of context — on the podcast he was sharing thoughts on possible release timing, not offering an “insider” scoop.
