Insomniac Responds to Marvel’s Wolverine Criticism With Planned Changes
Marvel’s Wolverine received considerable criticism after launch, and Insomniac Games stated that it is closely studying player feedback and working on a response to the identified issues.
The game did not meet with the enthusiastic reception that could be expected from Insomniac’s previous projects. Players pointed out a number of flaws that, in their opinion, the studio could have fixed before release.
Insomniac community director James Stevenson commented on the situation on social media: “We’ve been listening 100% the last few days.” He added that the team is actively working on a response to some of the feedback received.

It remains unknown what specific changes will appear in Marvel’s Wolverine. Insomniac has not presented a list of fixes or update schedules, so details will have to wait.
The situation reflects a widespread trend where even major single-player games continue to evolve after release, taking community feedback into account. For example, Crimson Desert received updates after player criticism, including major story changes.
