Insider Reveals Release Window for Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag Remake
It looks like the project could be announced very soon.
Tom Henderson’s outlet, Insider Gaming, has obtained details about a potential release window for a remake of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag.
Ubisoft’s financial report outlined the studio’s upcoming plans, naming a Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time remake and an “unannounced title” among its slate of projects.
Insider Gaming’s sources claim that the unnamed project is in fact the Black Flag remake, and that its launch is slated for the week beginning March 23.
Speculation about a remake of Assassin’s Creed IV has been circulating for a while, but Ubisoft has yet to confirm anything officially. Previously, the voice actor behind protagonist Edward Kenway alluded to the project’s existence.
