The Fractured Utopias expansion for Frostpunk 2 has launched on personal computers as well as PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles. It enriches the original steampunk strategy with eight distinct utopias, eight unique skill trees, over 100 narrative events, and much more.
The inaugural expansion for Frostpunk 2 brings the central idea of the “Utopia Builder” mode to life, giving it clearer structure, greater scope, and a stronger focus on the consequences of the player’s choices. New mechanics grant each faction a bold ideological aim — along with concrete means to pursue it. Yet the pursuit of a perfect society inevitably requires sacrifice.
