Hit Roguelike Absolum Ported to Android and iOS
The beat ’em up roguelite from the creators of Streets of Rage 4 has already received 92% positive reviews on Steam.
Publisher Playdigious will release Absolum on Android and iOS on November 5, 2026. Pre-registration is already open on Google Play and the App Store.
Absolum combines a classic beat ’em up with roguelite mechanics. Players clear locations, collect random power-ups, and build their own loadouts using rituals, artifacts, and abilities. At the same time, the outcome of a run largely depends on skill, requiring players to time dodges and parries, maintain long combo chains, and use skills effectively during combat.
Four heroes with distinct combat styles are available to choose from. Galandra fights with a sword, the dwarf Karl utilizes fists and firearms, Sider uses blades and traps, and Brom dispatches opponents using magic.
For smartphones, the developers redesigned the interface and added full touch controls. The mobile version will also feature two-player online co-op, controller support, cloud saves, and Google Play Games and Game Center achievements.
The original Absolum from Dotemu and Guard Crush Games was released on PC and consoles in October 2025. Sales of the game have exceeded 500,000 copies, and on Steam it has gathered more than 9,300 user reviews, 92% of which are positive.
