Filming Begins on Season 3 of “One Piece: The Big Score” in Cape Town
Although the second season of One Piece: The Big Score isn’t due until next year, Netflix has already begun preparing the next installment.
Netflix has announced that production has started on the third season of One Piece: The Big Score, with filming taking place in Cape Town.
The announcement included a photograph of a script’s title page laid out on the sand. The shot also features a skull, a compass and a dagger — details fans have read as a possible hint toward an adaptation of the manga’s Alabasta arc, though there has been no official confirmation of the season’s storyline. No synopsis for season three has been released.
No premiere date has been set for the third season. The second season is scheduled to debut on March 10, 2026; viewers can look forward to the return of Luffy, Nami, Usopp and Zoro, and to journeys across Reverse Mountain, Whiskey Peak, Little Garden and Drum Island.
