Feel Like a Kung Fu Master and a Fortune-Teller — Forestrike Launches on PC
Skeleton Crew, together with publisher Devolver Digital, has announced the PC release of Forestrike — a martial-arts adventure built around foresight. A new trailer has been unveiled.
Forestrike is a combat-focused roguelike in which each death brings you one step closer to victory before the decisive confrontation. Players make use of the protagonist Yu’s precognitive ability to trial strategies ahead of battle, aiming ultimately to secure the final win without relying on that power.
Each run generates distinct encounters, so progress depends on adaptability, improvisation, and skill. Players hold back waves of relentless foes, and to outmaneuver opponents in fast-paced clashes, moves can be enhanced and customized through Master Techniques.
The developers crafted richly detailed landscapes and atmospheric locations inspired by classic kung-fu cinema, all presented in a pixel-art aesthetic.
