EFT servers should now perform better.

The recent launch of Escape from Tarkov 1.0 didn’t go smoothly. The developers acknowledged the issues and have been rolling out fixes in stages.

The third patch includes only a few items — a fix for texture rendering and an updated NVIDIA DLSS version.

Battlestate Games also shared details about compensation:

We are initiating the compensation process for all players who experienced various issues at the Escape from Tarkov launch: please note that every player, regardless of faction, will receive the in‑game clothing sets BEAR Classic and USEC Night Patrol. If those sets have already been bought, an alternative in‑game reward will be issued.

The Escape from Tarkov team has implemented a technical update focused on stabilizing and improving server performance.

Other changes:

  • Fixed incorrect texture quality display that occurred after visiting Traders when the “Reduced texture resolution on the Streets of Tarkov” graphics setting was enabled;
  • The DLSS version was updated. Developers noted that “in some cases, changing the DLSS preset can fix rendering and clarity issues with reticles in optics.”
