Escape from Duckov Launches on Steam — Tarkov-Style Duck Shooter That Impressed Nikita Buyanov
Concepts from Escape from Tarkov continue to be reimagined in some surprisingly unexpected forms.
Escape from Duckov was recently released on PC via Steam. The new title bears certain echoes of the well-known hardcore shooter Escape from Tarkov. The project even attracted the attention of Battlestate Games’ boss, Nikita Buyanov.
However, in terms of gameplay Escape from Duckov isn’t PvPvE — it’s a top-down PvE shooter featuring ducks, a base, and progression:
“Beyond the safety of your base, enemies lie in wait at every turn. In this seemingly peaceful yet deadly world you’ll need to move carefully: explore, scavenge supplies, and survive.”
Escape from Duckov includes five maps; mastering its content takes roughly 50+ hours. The game offers quests and a wide range of weapons and loot.
