Following a series of patches, Dragon’s Dogma 2 has resolved its primary launch issue. The game, which dropped to 25 FPS in cities at launch, now maintains a steady 60 FPS on Xbox Series X even in the most demanding locations.

Following a series of updates, Dragon’s Dogma 2 has received a massive performance boost. The game, which dropped to 25 FPS on consoles at launch, now holds a stable 60 FPS on Xbox Series X even in heavy urban scenes.

At launch, Dragon’s Dogma 2 failed to run properly in any mode. Even without ray tracing, the game delivered an unstable 30 FPS, and the frame rate frequently dropped to around 25 FPS in cities.

The situation has now changed drastically. As tests by Fuzion Xbox demonstrate, updates allow Dragon’s Dogma 2 to run stably at 60 FPS even in the most demanding urban districts. On Xbox Series X, the frame rate graph remains practically perfectly flat.

Update 3.2 is already available on all platforms. On October 9, the major Dark Arisen expansion will release, bringing the game to Nintendo Switch 2 owners.
