Dominus Gladiatus sets November 5 release for its gladiator school simulator
Brain Seal and PlayWay have announced a November 5 release for Dominus Gladiatus on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch. A free Steam demo is already available.
The game places a gladiator school under the player’s control. Recruiting and training fighters is only part of the job: facilities, equipment, morale, injuries and fatigue all affect preparations for the arena.
Duels and team fights use tactical auto-battler combat. Players choose weapons, develop skills and prepare their fighters before watching those decisions play out. The crowd’s favour can also influence a gladiator’s fate.
Choosing a Dominus determines the school’s strengths, while the other Domini become rivals with schools of their own. The competition unfolds through a tournament season rather than a series of unrelated arena matches.
