The developers intend to roll out several expansions.

The team behind the real-time strategy Broken Arrow recently published a roadmap detailing their plans for the coming year and early 2027.

They plan to close out this year with a series of technical updates designed to fortify existing systems, raise overall quality, and open up new avenues for future growth.

Ally bots will be added to Skirmish mode: players will be able not only to challenge the AI but also to enlist it as allies.

In 2026, the Broken Arrow developers will continue to refine the network backbone. They also intend to introduce new features — such as an observer mode and campaign save support — and to release several DLC packs with additional specializations:

Each expansion will broaden the gameplay by introducing unit bundles with distinctive weaponry and new vehicle models. This will allow players to further unlock the tactical potential of their squads and diversify strategic options on the battlefield.

In 2027, the team plans to release a major expansion for Broken Arrow that introduces a new faction with unique armaments, structure, and gameplay mechanics:

New theatres of operation will be introduced, expanding the arenas for combat. In addition, fresh vehicles and squads will enhance tactical diversity, and supplementary content for existing specializations will be released to deepen their complexity and variety.
