Detective Adventure Game Mindcop Available for Free on Mobile Epic Games Store

Players must infiltrate the minds of suspects to solve a murder within five days.

The mobile Epic Games Store has launched a free giveaway of Mindcop, a nonlinear detective adventure by developer Andre Gareis.

The game takes place in the Merrillville Crater camp, where a female employee was murdered. The detective has five days to solve the crime, and every movement, conversation, and examination of clues consumes time. The main character can infiltrate the minds of suspects to expose lies and uncover hidden secrets. Inside the characters’ minds, the investigation turns into a match-three puzzle, where gathered combinations unlock new clues and interrogation topics. The game features two endings, including an option where the killer is not exposed.

The original version was released on Steam in 2024, where it received 94% positive reviews based on 413 user ratings.

Mindcop can be added to the library until September 24 at 5:00 PM Moscow time. The giveaway is running on Android worldwide and on iOS in regions where the mobile Epic Games Store is available.
