The game’s hardcore difficulty will be substantially reduced.

Prior to Escape from Tarkov’s November launch, the developers released a “softcore” patch. It introduces a set of adjustments aimed at making gameplay more accessible.

· Carry capacity increased by 50%.

· Traders at loyalty level 2 now offer barter trades in exchange for tokens.

· Aim punch reduced by 60%.

· Increased the number of items in high-value loot zones.

· More containers with bags and additional stash spots have been added across locations.

· Weapon cases and other case types now spawn in marked rooms.

· Colored keycards spawn more frequently on the Laboratory map.

· All item types can now be listed on the Flea Market.

· The Flea Market becomes available at player level 10.

· Minimum number of Flea Market slots set to 5.

· Skill leveling speed has been increased.

· Experience multiplier for completing raids has been raised.

· Hardcore wipe achievements are no longer obtainable.
