Tarsier — the studio behind Little Nightmares and Little Nightmares II — is developing the game for PC and consoles.
Tarsier revealed that its forthcoming unsettling platformer, REANIMAL, will release on February 13, 2026, for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Switch 2. The announcement was accompanied by a new trailer that illustrates the protagonists’ desperate attempts to survive the game’s nightmarish world.
The creators of Little Nightmares and Little Nightmares II invite you to an even more harrowing journey. In this cooperative adventure-horror, you play as a brother and sister who must make their way through hellish trials to rescue vanished friends. Use wit and reflexes to survive on land and at sea, support one another to escape the infernal island, and confront the dark secrets that cling to you.
