CDPR Reveals Cyberpunk 2077 Sales and How Many Developers Are Working on The Witcher 4 and Cyberpunk 2
Additional teams are being brought in to support development of the new Cyberpunk.
CD Projekt RED published its financial report for the third quarter of fiscal 2025, revealing figures for revenue, game sales and other key metrics.
Revenue amounted to roughly $95.6 million, while net profit stood at nearly $53 million.
As of November 26, 2025, sales of Cyberpunk 2077 have reached 35 million copies.
CD Projekt RED also disclosed how its development staff are distributed across projects. The largest contingent is assigned to The Witcher 4 — 447 people as of late October — while Cyberpunk 2 has 135 team members.
They published a growth chart for the Cyberpunk 2 team — currently the fastest-expanding group at CD Projekt RED. The plan is to grow the team to about 200 people by mid-next year and to over 300 specialists by 2027.
