More than a decade after its initial release as a PlayStation 4 exclusive, Bloodborne continues to command a deeply dedicated community. Instead, they have been offered an assortment of supplemental releases—graphic novels, vinyl soundtrack reissues, and other peripheral items that rarely satisfy the core desire for new gameplay.

The latest addition to this lineup? A luxury umbrella.

Nerd-culture fashion and accessories brand Super Groupies is collaborating once again with Bloodborne publisher Sony on a fresh merchandise line, anchored by a $125.99 umbrella. Yes, that is correct: a $125.99 umbrella.

The Childhood’s Beginning Model Umbrella draws inspiration from the game’s ambiguous conclusion where the protagonist is reborn as an infant Great One—an illustration of which adorns the fastening strap. The exterior features an arrangement of Caryll Runes, while the eerie silhouette of the Moon Presence is revealed on the interior canopy. To reiterate, this is a $125.99 umbrella.

The collection also includes the $125.99 Lady Maria of the Astral Clocktower Model Necktie and Tie Clip Set, modeled after the signature attire of the iconic boss. Anyone who survived The Old Hunters expansion likely remembers the severe challenge Lady Maria presented; certainly, veterans of the DLC will not soon forget.

Rounding out the selection are a $135.99 Hunter Model Card Holder intricately embossed with numerous Caryll Runes, a $95.99 Vileblood Register Model Book Cover, and a $155.99 Hunter Model Laptop Sleeve. While the latter piece is ostensibly designed to evoke the hunter’s iconic tricorn hat, it ultimately resembles a standard black leather laptop sleeve.

Pre-orders are open until October 12 at 11:00 p.m. EST, with shipping estimated to begin in mid-April 2027. Prospective buyers drawn to items like the aforementioned squid-themed umbrella should act decisively, as Super Groupies merchandise is rarely restocked once initial supplies are exhausted. I still harbor genuine regret for passing on the brand’s stunning Ciri watch from The Witcher 3 years ago. Regrettably, opportunities like that do not return.
