StarCraft fans have found hidden materials regarding mysterious events in the year 2575 on the planet Roxara on the official series website.

StarCraft fans have discovered hidden messages and alternate reality gaming (ARG) materials on the official series website that may hint at a new game set in 2575.

Strange static has appeared on the site, alongside hidden reports and broadcasts uncovered in its code. These items are linked to the Aokara Lunar Mining Complex on the planet Roxara. The materials mention the year 2575, which is approximately 70 years after the events of StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void.

A terran squad known as Theta Squadron is heading toward the complex with heavy equipment and classified research materials. At the same time, no registered living inhabitants are listed there, although systems are recording 14 unknown movement signals. Mentions of an unstable pulse and suspicious medical activity give the story a horror-like tone.

Fans speculate that Blizzard is preparing a cooperative shooter, the return of StarCraft: Ghost, or a new single-player game. Additional interest comes from an open one-hour slot on the main stage of BlizzCon 2026, which starts on September 12, 2026. Blizzard has not confirmed anything yet.
