Atomic Heart Developer Mundfish Releases Promotional Art for The Blood of Dawnwalker
Mundfish, the developers behind Atomic Heart, did not let the release of a notable new action RPG pass them by.
The Atomic Heart developers continue to monitor various modern releases. Recently, their attention was caught by the launch of The Blood of Dawnwalker, a vampire action RPG from the game director of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which released on consoles and PC in early September.
The Mundfish team decided to congratulate their industry colleagues on the release. The developers published a special piece of art on social media referencing the key artwork featuring the main character of The Blood of Dawnwalker:
Time to step out of the shadows. Congratulations to the Rebel Wolves team on the release of The Blood of Dawnwalker!
Normally, the creators of Atomic Heart depict the Twins in such artwork, but for The Blood of Dawnwalker they chose a different approach. Because the game’s story centers on a male character, Nechaev (P-3) took the place of the protagonist Coen and replicated the pose from the artwork. However, P-3 uses a different melee weapon and does not have claws.
Overall, the developers at Rebel Wolves have successfully launched The Blood of Dawnwalker and are already celebrating their first sales milestone. Over the weekend, the vampire action RPG’s peak concurrent player count broke a new record and exceeded 78,000 players.
