Artist Shows Bruma from The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion with 16× Detail in Unreal Engine 5
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion continues to inspire creative experiments built on Unreal Engine 5.
Artist L. Torres (Leo Torres) remains active with the modern engine, reimagining fragments of Oblivion’s world in an updated visual style. He recently released another showcase trailer.
This time the focus falls on the city of Bruma:
Bruma has long offered a striking mix of Nordic and Imperial character — perhaps more than any other city, it evokes the atmosphere of Skyrim…
As with his earlier projects, L. Torres increased the level of detail sixteenfold. The scene was rendered in Unreal Engine 5.6.1 on a PC equipped with an RTX 3090. Custom assets were used and the build leverages Nanite and Lumen; TSR was responsible for anti-aliasing.
