AMD RX 9070 XT outsells all NVIDIA RTX 50 series GPUs in Germany
The AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT outpaced every model in NVIDIA’s RTX 50 series in Germany, becoming the top-selling card. Even the RX 9060 XT moved 515 units within seven days.
The RX 9070 XT is priced substantially lower than comparable NVIDIA offerings and in some cases rivals more expensive cards, such as the GeForce RTX 5080.
Per the weekly report from retailer Mindfactory, 925 units of the RX 9070 XT were sold versus 920 RTX 50 series cards. The RX 9060 XT registered 515 sales, edging out the RTX 5070 Ti. Altogether, AMD shifted 1,560 cards, outpacing sales by NVIDIA and Intel.
On Amazon US the RX 9070 XT also led sales charts, highlighting a change in GPU market interest. Still, NVIDIA’s market share remains strong, especially on the Steam platform.
In 2025 NVIDIA is encountering challenges: high prices, limited product refreshes, and reports of quality issues.
