Tom Holland could earn $100 million for the new Spider-Man movie
Tom Holland’s total compensation for the blockbuster “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” could soar to $100 million, according to projections from TheWrap.
Insiders report that while Holland received a base salary of $20 million, his earnings are set to balloon through performance-based bonuses tied to the film’s global box office success. The movie has already surpassed the $2 billion mark in worldwide ticket sales.
In this latest installment, Peter Parker is determined to maintain his anonymity, but his plans are upended by the arrival of a formidable new adversary. Holland stars alongside a stellar ensemble cast, including Zendaya, Sadie Sink, Mark Ruffalo, and Jon Bernthal. The film is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, known for “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.” Earlier this summer, Holland also appeared on the big screen in Christopher Nolan’s “Odyssey.”
