Todd Howard Discusses Bethesda’s Current Projects
Todd Howard has confirmed that Bethesda and ZeniMax are developing several projects simultaneously. In an interview with Video Games Chronicle he said the team “is working on a number of games and various other things.”
Bethesda Game Studios is currently focused on The Elder Scrolls VI. After that, Fallout 5 is expected to be the next major release, though it likely won’t arrive until at least the 2030s.
The studio is also handling remasters of Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas, and continues to support Elder Scrolls Online and Fallout 76 with regular updates and in‑game purchases. Howard added:
It’s hard to put into words the feeling when you leave a creative meeting thinking, “I can’t wait to see or play that.” I really love all the studio’s work.
The final expansion for Starfield is expected soon, and ZeniMax continues to expand its major franchises while releasing new projects.
